Refund Policy
The short version. The free trial costs nothing. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time, but we will fix billing mistakes and refund a renewal you did not mean to keep if you tell us quickly.
1. Free trial
The 7-day free trial has no charge and needs no payment card. You are only charged when you choose a plan and complete checkout.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Account & subscription → Manage billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
3. No prorated refunds for unused time
When you cancel, or delete your account, we do not refund the unused part of the current billing period. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, so you would lose access to paid features right away without a partial refund. If you want to keep access until the end of the period, cancel your subscription instead of deleting your account.
4. When we do refund
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a cancellation that took effect, we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
- An unwanted renewal. If a renewal charge surprised you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
- Subscriptions we cannot offer. Subscriptions are currently available in the United States only. If you subscribe from somewhere else, we cancel the subscription and refund your payment.
- If we stop the Service. We will refund any prepaid, unused period.
5. Trial offer price
The yearly trial offer price ($14.99 per year) is available only when you subscribe during your free trial, and it is kept only while your subscription continues without interruption. If you receive a refund and later subscribe again, the then-current price applies.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email williamrfrancom@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us the date and amount of the charge. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take about 5–10 business days to show them.
7. Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the laws where you live.
